Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)
MaxiPARTS believes that to be successful in the longer term, we need to have a strong governance framework and play an active role in areas such as environment and social issues. We actively work with suppliers on reducing packaging waste and with our landlords to find ways to reduce energy consumption across our sites. Improving diversity and inclusion, not only within our businesses but also in the industries we operate is important to us and we have several initiatives to not only support our employees in terms of mental health but raise general awareness within the industry.

HISTORY
MaxiPARTS Limited has a rich history spanning over three decades, initially trading under various names, including: Colrain, Ultraparts, Queensland Diesel Spares, and Gladstone Air Cleaner Services. In May 2013, these businesses were re-branded under the name MaxiPARTS, which created a unified support and distribution network for the Australian commercial vehicle industry.
In July 2021, MaxiPARTS sold the Trailer Solutions Business (MaxiTRANS) to an Australian-based privately owned company, resulting in a separation of the two companies. As part of this transaction MaxiPARTS changed its trading name to MaxiPARTS Limited (from MaxiTRANS Industries Limited) and continued to be listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, under the code of MXI.
In February 2022, MaxiPARTS acquired the Truckzone Group, which owned the well-known brands Truckzone, Coburg Truck Parts, Gleemans, and Parts Peek. This acquisition instantly expanded MaxiPARTS’ national network and provided a significant enhancement to its product range. All Truckzone branded stores were re-branded MaxiPARTS to create an expanded network.
Building on the success of the Truckzone acquisition, MaxiPARTS acquired automotive supplies and workshop consumables company Förch Australia in May 2023. Förch Australia and MaxiPARTS operate as divisions under parent company MaxiPARTS Limited which had a new corporate brand created at this time.

GENDER PAY GAP EMPLOYER STATEMENT
MaxiPARTS Limited (MaxiPARTS and Förch Australia) actively participates in the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) annual reporting program. This Gender Pay Gap Employer Statement was endorsed by the Board of Directors in February 2024.
The Gender Pay Gap (GPG) is the difference in the earnings between men and women in the workforce, this should not be confused with pay equality, which is when men and women doing the same (like-for-like) jobs are paid differently.
MaxiPARTS Limited operates in a historically male dominated transport truck and trailer parts retail and workshop consumables industry.
Our future focus in reducing our GPG further, shows MaxiPARTS Limited being committed to:
- Seeking to employ more women in traditionally male-dominated career paths within our Parts divisions, particularly roles such as Parts Interpreters, Warehouse employees and Sales Representatives;
- Providing more promotion opportunities to women to move into our Supervisory and Managerial roles;
- Continually building an inclusive environment which promotes further gender diversity and provides a platform for diverse talent to thrive and grow;
- Building upon a responsive and robust recruitment and internal promotion environment by taking a conscious approach in ensuring all like-for-like roles are paid equitably; and
- Continuing to enhance gender equality by assessing and refining our existing policies and people practices, especially in consideration of factors affecting our workforce dynamics. This includes evaluating the flexibility of certain roles to accommodate caregiving responsibilities.
At MaxiPARTS Limited, we are dedicated to cultivating a culture defined by respect, transparency, diversity, inclusivity, and support. Whilst increasing our female diversity numbers is a key goal, we recognise this will potentially take some time given the traditional male employment landscape, but it is a journey we are pleased to embark upon.
Our goal is to empower every employee to thrive and find fulfillment in their work. By fostering an environment where all voices are valued and every individual feels included and supported, we aim to create a workplace where everyone can reach their full potential, be paid equitably in reflection of the value and dedication that they bring to the business and enjoy their time with us.
